July 14, 2010. Baton Rouge, LA: S. Ware Racing of Popeyes Offshore Racing fame is combining with Lisa Matthews from Nauti Cool Offshore Racing to form a technical alliance for the development and evaluation of both racing programs.
This power team merger is the first step in the progression and modernization of both team's fleet. The technical information gathered will improve both organizations and lead the way for offshore racing's charge into a bright future in the 21st Century. As with NASCAR, multiple teams have better avenues for gaining information and momentum. This will assist both sponsors and clients in providing them with a more in-depth look into this fast paced and exciting culture of powerboat racing.

The merger has been another feather in the cap of Popeyes Offshore Racing's Legacy and will surely propel these two teams to the forefront with a strong run into the close of the 2010 season and a win at the Worlds Championship in Key West, Florida. This new combined team's debut will be in Michigan City on August 6-8th and continue with all offshore powerboat organizations as our tour schedule allows.
